The role 🔎
This role is key to developing and executing our go-to-market strategy in Italy, driving new business opportunities and building the foundation for future growth.
The ideal person is a sales leader with strong business skills, experienced in high-growth scaleups, who knows how to win mid-market and enterprise deals while staying hands-on. Your mission will be to help build and develop our pipeline together with the Italian team and close flagship clients, being the owner of your own sales pipeline.

Responsibilities 🤘
Develop and implement our go-to-market strategy in the Italian market
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline across mid-market accounts
Drive and develop the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
Establish and maintain strong C-level relationships with clients
Gather market feedback to influence our strategy and product roadmap
Be hands-on in the early stage, and manage a sales team of +5 people
Collaborate with marketing and customer success to ensure a smooth client journey and long-term retention
Requirements ✅
5+ years of experience in B2B sales/business development, ideally in tech
Proven track record of scaling sales in the Italian SMB and mid-market segments
Deep knowledge of the Italian business landscape and strong professional network
Strong communication and negotiation skills, both in Italian and English
A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced scale-up environments
Data-driven and KPI-oriented mindset
Ambition, resilience, and the energy to build from scratch
Fluency in Spanish is a plus
