What are we looking for? 👀
At Twenix, we're on the lookout for someone to join our Support Team at our Almería office. This person will play a key role in resolving issues across teams and ensuring an outstanding experience for both our students and teachers.
What will you do on a day-to-day basis as a Support Specialist? 💪
Support and advise students and teachers through our ticketing platform
Act as a bridge between end users and the engineering team for complex technical issues or questions
Contribute to develop and implement processes to improve organisation and efficiency within the Support department
Conduct initial investigations into technical problems
Maintain student and teacher experience with high levels of satisfaction
Monitor user activity on the platform
Prepare content for technical articles for both internal and external knowledge bases
Identify recurring incidents and work on action plans to address them
Must have!!🔝
Previous background in customer support or a similar role
A dynamic personality and a passion for connecting with people from all over the world
Prior experience using Zendesk or similar support platforms
Bilingual in English and Spanish (Italian is a plus)
Confident handling and interpreting data
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Experience🧩
1 - 2 years in customer service-related positions
