Role Overview🚩

We’re looking for a Teachers Team Specialist to help strengthen our relationship with teachers by keeping them informed, engaged, and supported. You’ll act as a key link between teachers and Twenix managing communications, organising community events, gathering feedback, and contributing to our teacher brand on external platforms.

You’ll also play a key role in creating and updating learning content used in lessons, ensuring our materials align with Twenix’s methodology and high-quality standards.


Key Responsibilities🔝

  • Plan and manage newsletters, emails, and other teacher communications.

  • Organise and facilitate webinars, training sessions, and other teacher community events.

  • Collaborate closely with the Operations, Support, and Marketing teams.

  • Support recruitment efforts and maintain up-to-date training materials.

  • Create and update lesson content in English and German or Portuguese.


Requirements💡

  • Based in Almería, Spain

  • Native or near-native English

  • Native or near-native in German or Portuguese (German preferred)

  • Comfortable speaking Spanish in a professional setting


Candidate Profile🔎


We’re looking for a proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented individual who thrives both independently and in collaborative environments. The ability to manage multiple projects and navigate change with ease is essential. Experience in fast-paced settings, such as start-ups, will be highly regarded, as will familiarity with commonly used business tools for communication, project management, customer support, and CRM (e.g., Slack, Trello, Zendesk, HubSpot, Confluence).


Education✏️

  • Degree in Education, Linguistics, Communication, or a related field


Experience🧩

  • 1–2 years in teacher support, community management, or communications

  • Experience in ESL teaching, educational content creation, or training delivery

  • Experience with email marketing, newsletters, or community engagement is a plus
